Question One

How do I know my order is being processed?

Once your order has been placed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This will confirm the product/s you have ordered and the amount your credit card will be debited. You will only receive further contact from us if there is a problem with your payment processing, or a difficulty in delivering your order.



Question Two

When will my order be delivered?

We normally despatch your order on the next working day (Mon-Fri). So you should receive it the following day, or the day after.



Question Three

How will my order be sent to me?

Small/Light orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders such as fitness equipment etc, will be sent by Next Day Courier.


Question Four

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If a product is in any way faulty, or if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return the product within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase cost plus P&P to your payment Card.

Please note that we do not refund your return postage costs.


Question Five

Will the Product have a warranty period?

All our products come with a full 12 months Warranty.
